Fingerprint Authentication on iPhone

Though Apple has experienced some downside on their latest iOS, they are still improving their devices to provide a new experience to user. Apple has been granted by U.S Patent and Trademark Office a two-step authentication on their iPhones screen.

This authentication is like a sci-fi method.

First method of authentication is thru fingerprints reader at the bottom right corner of an iOS device. After you slide to open the menu, it will then ask you to place your finger for authentication. This is to make sure that no person could open your phone without letting you know, even if they knew your 4 digit password.

Second method is eye recognition. If unwanted user was able to crack the 4 digit code and was able to login to menu, they cannot proceed to another step since the window will automatically close, if eye recognition mismatch.

The two new authentication methods is produce because Apple recently purchased 2 security firms. Apple bought AuthenTec and Biosecurity firm to work hand in hand for the said two-way authentication method.

As per Apple the two-way authentication method will soon take effect after iPhones transition from opaque to transparent configuration using polymer dispersed liquid window.
