More and
more people are posting photos of their handsets and complaints on social media
sites and other message boards that most of the iPhone 5 has damages straight
from the box. There were pictures of iPhone 5 posted over the Internet with
scratches out of the box and some has mark on the lower back or other part of
the device.
Users are
complaining that the new anodized aluminum body of iPhone 5 is prone to
scratches and scuffs. They have concluded that the coating of the aluminum is
soft which sometimes revealed the slate beneath it.
Apple is
yet to comment on the issue. Hopefully iPhone 5 issues are not a repeat of iPhone4s’ antennagate issue which prompted Apple to provide free plastic bumpers to
its users.
